NR Group, most popularly known for its legendary brand 'Cycle', world's largest selling incense sticks manufacturer was about launch the latest range of home fragrances in the name of 'Iris'. Iris needed a symbol that is synonymous to living things, life, earth, nature and so on.

The identity gets its inspiration from butterfly. It connotes nature, life, fragrance etc.

PACKAGE GRAPHICS


On the packaging, the Iris butterfly appears as if it is in the midst of a garden. Every category of products is distinctly colour-coded for easy identification and access from store shelves. The illustration style is homage to the vintage ‘scratchboard' technique. The textured paper packages with earthy colours and illustrations gave the products a nature friendly appeal. The symbol is accompanied by the flora and fauna design motives and patterns across various product packs.
